Q: I logged on with correct ID and Password but picture is not visable
A: Depending on your PC's internet settings you might not have, or it might not let your browser automaticly Install Active X controls which are necessary.
If this is the case click tools on top of browser then internet options then security then the custom levels box. Then scrole down untill you see options regarding ActiveX and enable them.
Q: I see the cams, and looked at all of them but I don't see my dog!
A: Depending on the time of day, and weather conditions these maybe the following reasons- a.The cams do not cover the entire property at this time. We now have two seperate excercise yards, and only the larger one is on cam.
b.Your dog is ether extra large or extra small, and his current play group is not out right now.
c.Your dog might have decided to go into his dog house or towards the back of the kennel sleep area which the cam can't fully view d. We might currently be using the yard for training, and or intructing dog owners who are picking their dogs up after they have completed "boot camp"; and you happened to log on while we were getting the dog from the kennel areas, or in the office with client's just prior or subsequently to utilizing the yard for their private session.
e. We might also be admitting a new guest, or checking out a boarder that has to come through the yard and perhaps is not well socialized.
Q: We tried calling you and got voicemail on your mainline and direct line at the boarding and training center.
A: If you are calling during normal business hours this means I am in a session with a client, (which I do not interupt), and I will usualy return the call within an hour. At the Kennel/Training center Don might be feeding the dog's, excercising the dogs, training the dogs, or meeting with a client in the office, and will also return your call promptly.
Q: We have logged on before and the cameras were working but now they are not.
A: We might be checking e-mail which necesitates closing the cams, or it is after dark when cams are turned off.
